We are a small close nit shop where integrity, communication and honesty are the order of the day. Our racing experience has taught us that only the highest quality work is acceptable and trust in these parts is paramount.

They call me a master of mechanical marketing—I call it doing the job right and letting the work speak for itself. Every weld, bend, and machined part that leaves my shop is built to perform, whether it’s going to the track, the pasture, or your garage.

Get your car race-ready—from basic checks to full performance upgrades.
Whether it’s a simple nut-and-bolt safety check or full-on chassis adjustments and upgrades, I’ll get your rig ready for the track. Prep depends on your budget and how much you want to tackle yourself—I’ll handle the rest.
Custom sheet metal bending and fabrication for steel and aluminum.
I do a lot of lightweight aluminum work for Formula Cars, using a brake for clean bends, rollers for curves, and a shear to size things up. I’ve got the tools to shape what you need.
Precision machining when accuracy really matters.
I run accurate machines (within .0005”) with high-end tooling from names like Kennametal and Kurt. Whether it's one part or a batch, I machine things to fit right the first time.
Welding services for steel, aluminum, titanium, stainless, and more.
With a full lineup of TIG, MIG, oxy-acetylene, and stick welders, I can handle nearly any material. I’ve even got a turntable for round work like headers. If it needs welding, I’ve got it covered.
Mandrel tube bending with precision and minimal distortion.
I use a Rogue Fab bender—one of the best out there. Perfect bends are critical in roll cages, exhausts, and chassis work. I can bend mild steel, 4130, stainless, and more—with smooth, strong results.
Safely clean delicate parts without damaging base metal.
Walnut blasting is ideal for aluminum, brass, and other soft metals. It cleans thoroughly without removing material—great for restoring parts where tolerances matter.

Meet Todd Stark

Hi, I’m Todd Stark, (aka: FastDad)

I’m a 75-year-old master mechanic, welder, and machinist who’s spent decades building, fixing, and fabricating just about everything under the sun. I’m also a double lung transplant survivor and race car driver who refuses to slow down.

At FastDad Machine Works, I don’t just work on race cars (though I love those). I do custom welding, machining, and fabrication for anything that moves—or needs to. Hot rods, motorcycles, farm equipment, trailers, grills, go-karts, or something totally one-off—you bring the idea, I’ll bring the skill.
